Joël Henry, former president and founder of CNAEMO and EUROCEF, spoke on July 1, 2009, as part of the symposium "Social work to the test of management and managerial imperatives".

This symposium was organized by the University of Toulouse II-Le Mirail (Continuing Education, Interdisciplinary Solidarity-Society-Territory Laboratory, Center for the Promotion of Scientific Research). University of Toulouse II-Le Mirail.

The development of specific legislation for Services of General Interest (SSIG) was then planned at European level. The main issue was the transformation of the solidarity sector, through the arrival of companies from the walking world, a transformation of the social landscape and serious alterations in values, objectives of professional practice.
